Controls engineering services

Four disciplines, one team. We program the logic, design the screens, draw the panels, and tie it all together with plant-wide SCADA — on Allen-Bradley as our home platform, with experience across Siemens, CLICK, Kinco, and Ignition.

Service 01

PLC Programming

The logic is the heart of the system. We write code that runs reliably on the floor and stays readable for the people who maintain it — whether it's a brand-new line or a rework of something that's been patched for years.

  • Reliable, maintainable ladder logic
  • New system design plus upgrades and reworks
  • Plant-wide networking with other devices

Service 02

HMI Design

A good interface lets an operator understand the process at a glance and act with confidence. We build clear, intuitive screens — from process overviews to detailed control and alarming — and can handle the hardware install too.

  • Intuitive, well-designed HMI development
  • Process overviews, control screens & alarming
  • User levels and I/O forcing
  • Software development and hardware installation

Service 03

Industrial Control Panel Design

We design the panel and hand you a complete, build-ready package — clean schematics, layouts, and a bill of materials your shop or integrator can put together. New designs and retrofits both.

  • New system hardware design and retrofits
  • Complete panel design and drawing package
  • Bill of materials ready for procurement
To be clear: this service is design and documentation only. We provide the BOM and drawing package — we do not perform hardware or field installation.

SCADA System Design

When you need visibility and control across a plant — or several — SCADA ties the machines together. Think of it as HMI work at a larger scale, with data collection, historian, and alarming feeding the whole operation.

  • Plant-wide network visibility and control
  • Data collection, historian, and alarming
  • Single-plant and multi-plant systems
