A small controls firm that takes the work seriously

Carlisle Controls Integration was built around a simple idea: industrial clients deserve careful, senior-level engineering and a partner who actually picks up the phone.

Who We Are

Senior engineering, deliberately small

We're a controls automation engineering firm based in Gilbertsville, in Southeastern Pennsylvania. We keep the team small on purpose — it means the engineer who scopes your project is the one writing the code, drawing the panel, and answering when you call.

Our focus is narrow by design: PLC programming, HMI design, control panel drawing packages, and SCADA. Allen-Bradley is our home platform, with real-world experience across Siemens, CLICK, Kinco, and Ignition. We'd rather do a handful of things genuinely well than claim to do everything.

Most of our work is in the Northeastern U.S., where we can be on-site when it matters — but we support clients remotely across the country, and we're happy to travel for the right project.

How We Operate

The standards we hold ourselves to

Reliability

Code and designs that run on the floor and hold up over time — not just at acceptance.

Clear Communication

Straight answers about scope, timeline, and trade-offs. No surprises, no jargon for its own sake.

Maintainability

Ladder logic and drawings your own team can read, support, and build on after we're gone.

Flexibility

Overflow help or full ownership, remote or on-site — we fit the way you already work.

Leadership

The people behind the work

We're engineers first. You'll work directly with the people responsible for your project — not a sales layer in between.

Derek K. — Senior Engineer

Leads engineering on PLC, HMI, and SCADA projects, with deep Allen-Bradley experience and a hands-on approach to every system we touch.

A growing team

We partner with trusted controls engineers to scale up when a project calls for it — without losing the senior-level attention you signed up for.

Let's talk about your system

Whether you're planning a new line or trying to make an old one behave, we'd like to hear about it.
