Work on real systems, with real ownership

At a small firm, the work isn't watered down. You'd touch the whole project — logic, screens, panels, and startup — and your name would be on engineering you can be proud of.

What We Look For

Engineers who care about doing it right

Credentials matter, but craft matters more. If the work below sounds like you, we'd like to talk — now or down the road.

PLC & HMI Development

Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley (Studio 5000 / FactoryTalk View) and a feel for clean, maintainable logic.

SCADA & Networking

Comfort with plant networks, data collection, and SCADA platforms like Ignition or FactoryTalk View SE.

Control Panel Design

Ability to produce clean schematics, panel layouts, and accurate bills of materials for build-ready packages.

Why Work With Us

The upside of staying small

Full-project work

No narrow lane. You'll see projects from scope through commissioning instead of owning one tiny slice.

Real autonomy

We hire people we trust and let them engineer. Fewer layers, less red tape, more ownership.

Variety of clients

End-user plants, OEMs, and integrators mean different industries, platforms, and problems to solve.

Flexible by default

A mix of remote and on-site work, based in Southeastern PA with projects across the Eastern U.S.

Open Roles

No formal openings right now — but we're always listening

We grow deliberately. Even when we're not actively hiring, we like to know good controls engineers who share our standards. Send a résumé and a few lines about the kind of work you enjoy, and we'll keep you in mind as projects come up.
